A layer of gelcoat and/or a mixture of gelcoat - resin works satisfactorily.
- laminating several layers of fiberglass mat on the skids is possible. - Topcat offers keel shoes. They "are stuck" under the skids. Chafed through shoes can be repaired with fabric strips. - Hobie Cat 15 Club has screwed on solid skids. |
